She has designed learning programmes for organisations in finance, education, technology and the non-profit sector, and has trained thousands of young Nigerians in employability and digital skills. She holds an M.A. in Educational Leadership.

Ndidi Adegbite

HR and Learning Consultant

Ndidi is a Human Resource consultant with experience in learning and development, recruitment, performance and talent management, HR policy and skills audits. She holds an MBA from Cardiff University and has facilitated programmes for several Nigerian banks and financial training institutions.
